A complete food ordering and event catering platform. It lets everyday customers order custom cakes, party finger foods, and fresh family meals online, while also handling large event bookings like weddings and corporate gatherings with a built-in cost estimator and a private staff back-office.
The Problem
Most food businesses take orders through endless back-and-forth chat messages. Customers ask the same questions about pricing and availability, staff accidentally accept orders on fully booked days without enough prep time, and large event inquiries easily slip through the cracks.
The Solution
I designed and built an all-in-one system that solves this on both sides. For customers, prices update instantly as they pick cake sizes or meal portions, and the calendar only shows slots the kitchen can actually handle. An interactive event calculator helps party planners budget in seconds and download branded PDF menus. For the business team, I created a clean, role-based dashboard to manage orders, update menus without touching code, track sales analytics, and recover abandoned carts.
